Grete Hale speaks to Nepean Businesswomen

POSTED on Apr 4 under events, local business

I attended Lisa McLeod’s 4th annual Nepean-Carleton Women’s Business Networking Breakfast at the Prince of Wales Manor, in Barrhaven. Grete Hale spoke enthusiastically about her involvement in various charitable pursuits over the years including one of her new projects- opening a trade school in Uganda. She also talked about the challenges she faced in her family-owned business, including rebuilding the business after it had almost declared bankruptcy.I have never heard Grete speak before. I found her perspectives on life and business (in whatever circumstances) very hopeful.
